Honda CR125R 1999, Stainless Steel Brake Rotor with Contoured Profile by EBC®. British made in German mill rolled precision stainless steel, laser cut heat treated and tempered, these discs are the perfect replacement for your motorcycle. These discs replace your original discs exactly and require no changes, simply install with new pads and you're all set. For disc pad choices see EBC Brakes® wide selection for your own riding style. Full circle rear rotors part numbers are MD1004 or MD1004C for contour. With contoured profile to reduce weight, rear versions of this new programme are made in HPSR steel and zinc plated to avoid corrosion. The latest EBC contour PLUS rotors are made with special stainless steel and new lightweight profile and feature the new scraper slot system which has proved to be so successful in preventing early life rotor damage when bedding in new brakes. The scraper slots remove any loose particles/debris as the pads bed in during early life after fitment and prevent rotor scoring.

Motorcycle Street Bike Disc Brake Pads

The EBC Brakes warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Warranty is for replacement of the similar product or refund of purchase value only excluding all labor and ancillary charges such as collection, fitting, inconvenience, purchasing of other manufacturer’s products and is good for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase or 5,000 miles of highway use. Proof of mileage will be required. Warranty is invalid if the product is used for taxi/hire car, racing, trackday experience riding, or any other form of competition. There is absolutely no warranty on any EBC product for race use. Warranty does not cover brake noise or normal wear and tear. Some brake pad systems cause pads to wear faster than others. Riders must assess the performance and durability of EBC Brakes products themselves if any EBC product is to be used in racing.

Riders must assess the performance and durability of EBC Brakes products themselves if any EBC product is to be used in racing. EBC also strongly recommends the use of its own EBC brand brake pads to run with the EBC rotors because numerous other aftermarket brands have been found to damage EBC rotors. The EBC rotor and pad are sold as a matched set and developed to work together. Do not risk damaging your rotors by using a pad that may damage your new EBC rotor product.

Warranty on off-road brake rotors covers manufacturing and size/fitment defects only and does not cover wear and tear which is almost impossible to evaluate in off-road conditions and is limited to replacement of the supplied parts only. No claims for ancillary costs such as fitting or removal costs are included in the standard EBC warranty.

No warranty is offered for brake vibration suffered due to uneven rotor thickness wear after incorrect installation of brake rotors. It is commonly known in the brake rotor business that accurate mounting and checking of runout on brake rotors is paramount at installation and in spite of necessary warnings, many mechanics still see fit to ignore this warning and make no effort whatsoever to check rotor runout. This leads to brake vibration in the 3-5,000 miles lifetime period and is not a warrantable condition. The solution for vibration at this stage is to have the rotors turned or replaced and to thoroughly clean the mounting flange on the vehicle and carefully check for runout before returning the vehicle to service use.
