Harley Davidson Street Bob 107 2018, Super Gas Air Cleaner by Performance Machine®. For those who prefer a more subtle look with less shine, PM offers Performance Machine most popular calipers, Contour control systems, and select accessories in black anodize. Much like Performance Machine chrome brakes, Performance Machine send each raw part to Performance Machine polishing department 1st, creating a mirror-like finish before the anodizing is done. The result is an exceptionally smooth finish. Black anodize is also the easiest to care for finish that PM offers. PM's black anodize finish also contains a UV protectant to guard against fading. The Super Gas Air Cleaner features a versatile design that accepts interchangeable faceplates design matched to Performance Machine wheels. A K&N Filter behind a stainless steel wire mesh screen allow high volume air flow resulting in increased horsepower. The Super Gas Air Cleaner is CNC-Machined from billet aluminum with built-in crank case breathers and comes with chrome hardware.

Warranty

Warranty Coverage
If your Performance Machine, Inc. product is defective in material or workmanship and sent back within one year from the date of purchase, the company will replace it or, at their option, repair it at no charge. If Performance Machine repairs the defective part, it may use reconditioned replacement parts or materials. If Performance Machine replaces the part, the company may replace it with a reconditioned one of the same design. Upon confirmation that a product is covered under warranty, Performance Machine will repair or replace it as quickly as possible. Warranty is limited to product repair or replacement only. Product purchased through the distributor is subject to the terms of the Performance Machine warranty above and as such the company will repair or replace the product deemed to fall within the warranty terms.

Chrome Warranty
Standard Two-Year Unconditional Warranty
The chrome finish on your Performance Machine product is of the highest quality, but to ensure its longevity it must be maintained properly. Salt, sand, and humidity are bad for chrome. If you ride the motorcycle in these conditions and do not clean and dry the chrome parts, the life of the chrome will be shortened. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or waxes. Performance Machine reserves the right to determine if the product has been maintained properly and has not been abused. If your Performance Machine, Inc. chrome product has been maintained properly and has not been abused, it may be sent back within two years from the date of purchase and if upon inspection it is found to be defective, Performance Machine will replace it or, at their option, repair it.

Lifetime Limited Chrome Warranty
Performance Machine, LLC offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on PM and Xtreme branded products sold within the continental U.S. after February 1st, 2012. The Lifetime Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Black Ano Warranty
Two Year Unconditional Warranty

If your Performance Machine, Inc. black anodized product has been maintained properly and has not been abused, it may be sent back within two years from the date of purchase and if upon inspection it is found to be defective, the company will replace it or, at their option, repair it.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow installation and operation instructions, misapplication, alteration or attempted unauthorized repair service by anyone other than Performance Machine. This warranty does not cover wheels used on the street or highway that are designated in the company’s catalog for racing purposes only. In addition, due to the unusual stresses placed on all parts used on the race track, Performance Machine, Inc. will warranty at their discretion any parts used for racing purposes. Due to climate, Performance Machine finishes will not be guaranteed outside of the 48 Contiguous United States.

Limitations of Warranty
Repair or replacement of the product by Performance Machine is your sole and exclusive remedy. Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, are limited in duration to the one (1) year term of this express warranty. Performance Machine will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. There are no express warranties which extend beyond those set forth in this document. Performance Machine warranties are non-transferable and are limited to the original end user of the product.

State Law Rights
Some states do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages or a limitation of the duration of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
