Warranty

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Accutronix products are manufactured from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days from date of purchase by the original end-user.

Accutronix reserves the right to repair or replace any product, afer inspection of said product by Accutronix, that is found to be defective due to defects in materials and/or workmanship within this 180-day period. Accutronix’s liability shall not extend to any collateral expenses or losses, such as injury, damages, loss of use, labor claims, etc., due to the purchase and/or use of their billet aluminum product[s].

The following acts and/or conditions shall not be covered by this warranty and Accutronix accepts no liability for these:

Improper installaton and/or installaton not in accordance with Accutronix’s written installation instructions supplied with product; and/or specified use
Modificaton or product by any person[s], other than Accutronix, including “Repair" attempts
Damages and/or failure of product[s] caused by Misuse or Collision
Corrosion or appearance deterioraton or improper maintenance

Chrome Plating and Anodizing

Billet aluminum products that are chrome plated or anodized are fragile. They must be handled and installed with extreme care. Accutronix chrome plated or anodized products are inspected and are guaranteed to be free from defect at the time of shipping.
