Alto Products Corp (Alto) Warranty Policy
Alto warrants to the purchaser that all its products will be free from defects in material or factory workmanship to ensure trouble-free operation year in and year out.
Warranty Periods:
Automotive: The Warranty period for all passenger car products shall extend for twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles from the date of sale. Optional lifetime warranty is available.
Heavy-duty on-highway vehicles: The Warranty period for all products for heavy-duty on-highway vehicles, including, but not limited to trucks and buses, shall extend for twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles from the date of sale.
Heavy-duty off-highway vehicles: The Warranty period for all products for heavy-duty off-highway vehicles shall extend for (12) months or 2000 hours from the date of sale. Optional lifetime warranty is available.
Motorcycle: The Warranty period for all motorcycle products shall extend for twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles from the date of sale. Optional lifetime warranty is available.
Marine: The Warranty period for all marine products shall extend for twelve (12) months or 500 hours from the date of sale. Optional lifetime warranty is available.
Limited Warranty Requirements
All warranty claims must be received before the end of the warranty period. As a condition of processing the claim, Alto may require the return of the parts. Alto will require documentation of the installation date and mileage from the date of purchase.
If Alto determines that the parts are defective in material or factory workmanship, Alto, at its sole discretion, will replace the parts or issue a refund.
Optional Extended Lifetime Warranty
An optional extended lifetime warranty is available for light-duty automotive, motorcycle, and marine products by registering your products purchased within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Alto Products Corp (Alto) Extended Lifetime Warranty
Alto extends the standard 'Warranty' for light-duty automotive, motorcycle, and marine products. The Warranty extends this product for the lifetime of your vehicle, for as long as you own your vehicle. This warranty is not transferable and requires the original proof of purchase (receipt).
If Alto determines that the parts are defective in material or factory workmanship, Alto, at its sole discretion, will replace the parts or issue a refund.
Limitations of Liability and Exclusions
Factory recommended oil must be installed or warranty is invalid. Any Alto part that is used in a high-performance vehicle or has been subject to misuse, negligence, alteration or improperly installed, in the sole judgment of Alto, so as to adversely affect its performance and reliability will not be subject to any warranty.
The warranty will not cover loss of time, inconvenience, profit or other consequential, incidental or special damages. Alto shall have no liability for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages arising from losses owing to failure of Alto products, whether based on contract, negligence or otherwise with respect to said products.

This warranty is the only warranty applicable to Alto parts, and is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particlular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
