Description

The Piston Kit is only compatible with Athena cylinder. It is made through casting and is equipped with a single elastic band. This combination ensures lower friction with the cylinder and consequently higher performance. The kit, in addition to the piston itself, contains the pin, clips and piston rings kit. The elements mentioned above are replaceable and interchangeable in case of need. Athena's High Performance line consists of a complete range of cast pistons for the main 2 and 4-stroke Off-Road models. They are produced thanks to a revolutionary computerized technology that ensures production dimensional tolerances of less than 0.01 mm. The balance between the materials used in production (silicon, copper, nickel and aluminium alloys) allows Athena pistons to achieve a level of reliability equal to the original and, at the same time, to guarantee greater resistance and excellent performance.
