Drone Men's Boots (11000-05-070) by AXO®. The Drone is designed for Motocross use. AXO delivers a high quality and durable boot made to fit riders of all levels. AXO Drone is constructed with high quality materials chosen for their weight, strength and value. Optimized plastics are thicker where support and reinforcement are needed and tapered in non-critical areas. A 1-buckle height shin plate wraps across the shin and instep to completely guard the front of the foot. Instep panels are long enough to fit a wider range of calf and leg sizes. A tapered vinyl and foam gaiter wraps the top of the boot offering a barrier which resists dirt from entering. 4 replaceable PU molded buckles float on their bases allowing unrestricted alignment. The durable synthetic boot material resists wear, requires less breaking-in and retains its shape longer. A width sculpted and shaped wrapping toe box incorporates slip resistant shifter ridges. Thick synthetic leather covers the inner side of the boot guarding it from heat and wear. Steel shank adds comfort and support. The sole is attached to the upper using a time-tested welted construction. A stain-resistant mesh lining is combined with durable synthetics providing a non-slip interior.

Introduction

Thank you for your recent purchase of AXO America, Inc. ("AXO America") apparel or footwear. AXO America has attempted to write this warranty in clear, easy-to-understand terms, including the limitations and restrictions, so you will fully understand the warranty it is offering for you. However, the terms contained herein are subject to change without notice.

Who is Covered

This International Limited Warranty is applicable in all countries, but is available only to the original purchaser (i.e., not a retailer, dealer, or distributor) of one of AXO America products.

Transferability of this Warranty

This warranty is personal to you, the original purchaser, and may not be transferred to any subsequent purchasers or wearers of AXO America products.

How Long are You Covered

AXO America warrants your AXO America products for the duration of the warranty period which is twelve (12) months. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase. Your original purchase invoice (sales receipt), showing the date of purchase and product information, is your proof of the date of purchase.

What is Covered

The product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. The product must have been purchased from AXO America or an authorized AXO America dealer.

What is Not Covered

This warranty is void if the product has been altered, modified or repaired by use or others, or if it has been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, any discoloring, accident, immersion in water, neglect, use for unauthorized purposes, abuse, misuse, loss of parts or components, weather, acts of God, or any other causes not arising out of defects in workmanship or materials.

If your damage falls in one of the below "Normal wear and tear" categories, it will not be eligible for a repair/replacement.

What is Your Remedy

Upon receipt of the defective product, AXO America will evaluate it to determine if this limited warranty is applicable. The only remedies available for defective products AXO America determines to be covered by this limited warranty are repair or replacement. The appropriate remedy will be determined at the sole discretion of AXO America after it performs the warranty evaluation.

Exclusions from Limited Warranty

Except for the express warranty provided and to the extent permitted by applicable law, AXO America and its authorized dealers do not issue any warranty or guarantee for AXO America products. AXO America expressly excludes any other liability, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by the law. In particular, but without limit to the generality of the exclusion, any implied terms as to merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement of third party rights are excluded whether in contract or tort. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited in duration to the term of the express limited warranty given by AXO America to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AXO America be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, direct or indirect damages, loss of business profits, or other special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages whether for breach of warranty, contract, strict liability, tort, or otherwise) arising out of or resulting from the use of or inability to use AXO America products.

Some countries and states may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not fully apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
