The kit is made with heavy duty steel, finished in a matte black. This kit includes left and right plates along with all required hardware. This kit allows installation of detachable sissy bars, solo luggage racks, 2-up luggage racks, solo tour-pak rack and 2 up tour-pak rack. This is an OEM-quality replacement part.
