It features a cut resistant, chrome plated, hardened steel shackle and 4 pin brass cylinder that resists picking for increase cut and pry resistance. Brinks laminated steel padlock is also designed with a form-fitted plastic bumper which keeps the lock from scratching your valuable metal surfaces, like tool boxes or grills while in use.
