Warranty

Cortech guarantees the "Apparel" and "Luggage" (hereinafter the "product/s"), accompanied by the warranty certificate, against manufacturing defects and faulty materials.
This does not affect your statutory rights with the dealer where you purchased the products.

Validity:
The Cortech warranty is valid for 1 (one) year from purchase for all Cortech products accompanied by the warranty certificate.

Coverage and exclusions:
The Cortech warranty covers any type of manufacturing defect or faulty materials used to manufacture the product.
Any failure of the product to satisfy your expectations, however caused, may not be considered as a defect for purposes of this warranty.
The warranty does not cover, under any circumstances, damages deriving from: improper use; normal wear and tear; damage; tampering; incorrect maintenance of the garment; negligence or lack of care; damage caused by falling and/or accidents, i.e. alterations due to external causes, including any repairs performed by unauthorised people; damages caused by other factors/actions beyond the control of Cortech; subjective assessments of the user, such as comfort and wearability; damage caused by prolonged exposure to sources of light and/or heat.

Limitations:
The standard warranty is limited to products purchased from “authorized” Cortech dealers in your country of residence and accompanied by the warranty certificate.
