Centerless ground outside diameter to O.E.M. specifications and machined the rest of the tube to exact ID specs, material is buffed to a mirror finish and chrome plate the final product to a show chrome finish. For over 30 years Custom Cycle Engineering have been manufacturing extension fork tubes. Custom Cycle Engineering start with DOM 1026 steel tubing that is ordered specially from a tubing mill. This is a product that Custom Cycle Engineering are very familiar with and cover every Harley-Davidson fork tube model all the way back to 1949
