At Firstgear we craft our gear to enhance the Joy of Riding. We're proud of what we make. If your Firstgear product fails to perform because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll make it right for you.

5-Year Warranty on Armored Apparel

Note: Firstgear materials and workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by improper care, accident, crashes or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products must be returned to Firstgear for evaluation. If we find your Firstgear product has failed due to a materials or workmanship defect, we will repair, or replace, the product at our discretion without charge.

2-Year Warranty on Gloves, Footwear and NonArmored Apparel

Firstgear materials and workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by improper care, accident, crashes or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products must be returned to Firstgear for evaluation. If we find your Firstgear product has failed due to a materials or workmanship defect, FirstGear will repair, or replace, the product at our discretion without charge.

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Luggage

FirstGear luggage is warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Products must be returned to Firstgear for evaluation. If we find your Firstgear product has failed due to a materials or workmanship defect, Firstgear will repair, or replace, the product—at the discretion—without charge.
