Here's How It Works
  • Step 1
    Choose Your Tires
    Our online tire store has everything from summer, winter, and performance tires, to all-season, off-road, and all-terrain rubber. Select the right tire for your vehicle
  • Step 2
    Select your installer and appointment date
    Based on zip code, you're shown nearby installers. Choose the date and time that's most convenient. Labor pricing estimates are provided but not charged until time of service
  • Step 3
    Have them delivered home or right to the installer
    Tires can be delivered directly to the installer for your convenience, but home delivery is also available. Select the option when checking out
  • Step 4
    Track your tires
    You'll get a tracking number once the order is placed. Local suppliers do not include a tracking number but are delivered within 24 hours once the order is marked "shipped"

Tire Installation Network FAQ

How do I track my order?

Your tire order will ship one of two ways:
1. Via a standard parcel service like FedEx or UPS. You will be provided a tracking number when your order ships so you can see where your tires are in the same fashion as if they were shipping to your house.
2. Direct drop-off from our local supplier's trucks. These shipments will not have tracking numbers, but once your order is marked as shipped, it will arrive to your selected installer within 24 hours.

Do you have installers in Canada?

Unfortunately, our installer network is currently only covering the contiguous 48 states, but if you have an installer that you would like to send your tires to, please let us know and in most cases, we can arrange to have the tires shipped directly to their location.

Can I ship my order to my house and still have an installation set up?

Yes, we will ship directly to your house if you prefer to bring the tires to your appointment yourself. Just select the ship to home option at checkout.

What if I have to change my installation appointment?

We schedule appointments upon checkout, so please reach out to us if any adjustments are needed. Appointment times can usually be adjusted, but the location that the tires are sent to may not be adjustable once orders are placed.

What's not included in the installation price?

If your vehicle requires TPMS service (either replacement TPMS or TPMS wear parts like grommets, seals, and stems), then there may be an additional service charge at the time of tire mounting.

What if I need to change my order after placing it?

Please reach out to our customer service department with any concerns about your order. Because of the speed at which orders are automated, it may not always be possible to stop an order from going out after it is placed, but we will do our best to make the requested adjustments.

Can I return/cancel my order?

The standard return and cancellation policy applies to orders that are set up for installation.

How do I pay for my installation?

Installation costs are paid directly to the selected shop at the time of installation. Please be sure to have your preferred payment method available at your appointment. All prices are guaranteed to be accurate, so there is no need to worry about being charged differently than advertised.
