Universal Ultra 1.5" Tie-Downs by High Roller®, 1 Pair. What makes it better than other tie-downs? High Roller improved the traditional tie-down by incorporating a rubber strap over the nylon strap as opposed to actually replacing a section of the nylon strap. This serves two purposes. First, this leaves the strength and integrity of the nylon strap unaffected since it is complete and uncut. Second, High Roller actually "gathered" three additional inches of nylon under the rubber strap. This permits the strap to automatically tighten up to three inches to provide constant tension.
