Flak Jak IMS Chest Protector (0601-R-11) by HRP Sports®. The Flak Jak™ IMS Chest Protector utilizes HRP IMS padding system on a clear polycarbonate body, with HRP original Nytrolyte padding and net suspended floating shoulder system. Includes plastic sleeved metal rivets and 1.5" airloc buckles. Included, is HRP original Suspended Shoulder system. Engineered as a cantileaver which keeps the plastic shoulder cap off of your shoulder. In the case of an impact, the energy is dispersed across the whole area rather than one spot. This design is featured in HRP Flak Jak IMS and 1000's.
PROPER CLEANING
For best results first spray your FLAK JAK™ Chest Protector with clear water to remove all excess loose dirt, debris, roost, or bike parts.
For more firmly attached soil or knobby marks use a soft cotton cloth or sponge soaked with water and scrub gently.
Cleaning your FLAK JAK™ Chest Protector without rinsing or using sufficient amounts of water will quickly scratch and deteriorate the finish.
Finally rinse your FLAK JAK™ Chest Protector with clear water and hang dry. While still damp you can polish with a soft cotton cloth to remove water drops.

There are 3 adjustment slots on each shoulder strap so you can fine tune both front and rear FLAK JAK™ shoulder and body panel positioning.
Simply turn your FLAK JAK™ inside out and see how the 4 attachment clips are positioned (standard setting is in the middle) in the shoulder cup.
Now either move the clip up or down in the slot provided to lighten or loosen the fit between the shoulder cap and body panel.
