Indian motorcycles offer superb handling with their stock suspensions. However, if you are not satisfied with what the factory offers, you can hit the aftermarket in search of suitable upgrades. If you would like to lower or raise your bike’s center of gravity in order to improve its handling characteristics and riding dynamics, or if you need to adapt your bike to your height and the weight of your luggage, we have a variety of Indian motorcycle lowering & lift kits to choose from. Fortunately, there are plenty of products offered, with kit contents ranging from lowering blocks and hardware all the way up to fork spring and shock sets.
We carry lowering fork springs that will give your machine a custom look and desired ride height, when combined with shorter shocks. If your bike did not come with an adjustable shock absorber, then lowering links are the way to go. They are installed in place of shock linkages to lower the height of your Indian. Many of them offer several mounting points for adjustment. Keep in mind that changing the ride height this way will not change suspension travel, so this mod should be made with bottoming out prevention in mind. A shorter kickstand may also be required. Lean angle and handling will be altered together with ground clearance.
