JE Pistons 7+ decades of experience in high-level racing has led to offering premium racing features, including full billet construction, EN plating, and purpose-designed coatings, to name a few.

Features & benefits

Lateral Gas Ports: This process mills slots into the top of the top ring groove and provides a pathway for combustion pressure to get behind the top ring. Resulting in increased ring seal and is most common in circle track applications.
Vertical Gas Ports: Machined gas ports channel combustion pressure behind the top ring for improved cylinder sealing and reduced blow-by under high load. Common in drag racing applications where maximum ring seal is critical.
Proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design minimizes friction and power loss with reduced skirt width and saves additional weight with a shorter wrist pin
Pin Fit: The pin bore is precision honed to attain an exact pin clearance. Clearances typically range from .0003 to .0010 between the wrist pin and pin bore.
