Installation Information. Your new KG Clutch Factory clutch components should be installed by a qualified motorcycle service technician. For best results use recommended KG Clutch Factory springs. In order to avoid damage to your new KG Clutch Factory disks, they should be immersed in the clutch oil recommended by the manufacturer of your motorcycle for approximately two hours before they are installed. The same installation procedures should be followed for the KG Clutch Factory components as shown in the service manual for your motorcycle. The clutch may slip initially due to excess oil in the clutch pack. Before riding, disengage the clutch with the engine running to free the clutch of excess oil.
