This product is warranted only to the original purchaser (such warranty is not transferable) against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. In the event that this product is found, in the sole discretion of the manufacturer, to be defective, the manufacturer’s obligation is limited to, at its sole and absolute option, whether replacing the defective component with the same model, or refunding the purchase price of the defective component.

Replacement or refund, as provided under this warranty, is exclusive remedy of the customer. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect incidental or consequential damages for breach of warranty on any product whether in contract or in tort, express or implied, in law or in fact.
