Performance you can trust.
Some of the best riders in the world trust Lyndall brake pads. Over the years we have developed three different compounds to serve every riding environment.
Read below to find the compound that's best for you.
Lighter and with 10% more stopping power than stock pads.
Upgrade from Stock Pads:
Get an immediate brake performance improvement over stock pads with our most popular pad. The Z+ soft brake pad. This is a great pad for putting on a stock Harley. Utilizing a proprietary blend of Dupont™ Carbon-Kevlar aramids, this tried and true brake pad will deliver 10% more stopping power than stock pads. Zero dust, zero noise, and zero rotor wear. 18,000+ mile service life, 30% cooler, and 50% lighter than sintered pads.
Runs cooler and has 20% more stopping power than stock pads.
Longlasting Durability:
Lyndall Brakes next step up in performance is the Gold+. This is a harder pad than the Z+ with 20% more stopping power than a sintered pad. Runs cooler with zero noise and low dust. Works great on all rotors. This brake pad will get an amazing 18,000 miles service life.
Advanced friction material allows 30% more stopping power.
Xtreme Performance:
Introducing the Xtreme series. A true HH friction rating in an organic material. The highest stopping torque and the least amount of lever effort. Made in America with the latest friction material from Dupont. Runs cool with moderate dust and zero noise. Delivers 18,000 miles of Xtreme performance.
Lyndall dedication to developing the finest brake components on the planet has not gone unnoticed. The new Indian Scout FTR750 and FTR1200 Custom features Lyndall black crown cut rotors. Company are proud to be a part of something that has so much thought and care put into it. This bike features only the highest quality parts and design.
CNC machined 410 martensitic stainless steel. Heat-treated, double-disc ground to precise flatness and parallel.
Reduces unsprung weight for improved acceleration, deceleration, and transitioning.
Distributes the sheer load over a multitude of lugs for maximum stability.
Ejects hot gasses that are created under friction, improving pad performance.
A decrease in surface area equates to an increase in surface pressure for a fixed amount of clamping force.
Continuously scrapes the brake pad surface, reducing glaze that can build up over a series of high temp braking events.
Lyndall Sprockets are American-made and forged with 7075 T6 aluminum.
7075 T6 aluminum is often referred to as the strongest aluminum grade and is commonly used in the aerospace industry. It has the strength of many steels, while retaining aluminum's lightweight qualities.
Lyndall one-piece sprockets are laser cut to exacting tolerances.
Manufactured from the highest quality aluminum rotary forgings and crafted in Orange, California. Lyndall wheels are built for performance and longevity. Company design lightweight wheels with a focus on functionality and breathtaking looks.
High-performance brakes and rotors for Polaris UTV (Replacement parts for Polaris part numbers: 2205949, 2206231, 5260591, 5262840 and 5257196)
Lyndall rotors are 410 Martensitic steel CNC machined in the USA. Lyndall rotors are double disc ground and heat treated to precise tolerances of flatness and parallel.
With better outgassing, and heat dispersion, Lyndall rotors are made to withstand higher temperatures and are guaranteed to never warp (if you use Lyndall brake pads exclusively).
Lyndall 'Low Profile' hardware kits are available for all hub-mounted rotors. Our Low Profile hardware kits are made of Titanium and weigh less than 1.7 oz. (5 bolts)
Hub-mounted rotors will require 5/16 front hardware and 3/8 rear hardware. If your front rotors are non hub-mounted (isolated hub) please see our 'Enforcer' or 'Dyna/V-Rod' hardware.
ARP Bolt kits are also available for sprockets, pulleys, and rotors (these will not fit rotors on a 39mm/narrow glide front end, as the 12 point head is too tall and will hit the forks.)
All hardware kits are available in gold, black, or machine finish.
