Outside Distributing offers 30 Day refunds and exchanges on parts with manufacture`s defects as determined by warranty inspection. Returns must be made to the point of purchase within 30 Days of the date or original purchase with a copy of the original receipt.RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCK FEES:
DEALERS/CONSUMERS: All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the consumer. DISTRIBUTORS: Select special policies may be in place for National Distributors as set out in distributor contracts. All Distributor returns MUST have an RMA # (See details below).DEALER LABOR:
Outside Distributing does not provide any compensation for dealer labor and/or any other additional expenses of any sort for warranty parts including but not limited to travel, fuel, lost wages, rental vehicles, towing or delivery services, etc..HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
Outside Distributing cannot accept any return shipments without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). If a warranty is approved you will be provided with an RMA number, this RMA # MUST be labeled on the box in LARGE FONT. Our warranty department will determine if we require the item(s) shipped back or ask to have you discard of them. No RMA number will be issued for discontinued, obsolete, sale or final sale or special order items. ALL returns must be shipped pre-paid to either Outside Distributing and/or the point of purchase.
