Started in Chicago, Illinois in 1937, National Cycle is currently known as one of the world's leaders in motorcycle windshield manufacturing. It's also an OEM supplier to many renowned companies including Harley-Davidson, Polaris, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and others. The company was founded by Gordon Willey with the primary goal to manufacture products that meet the highest customers' expectations. Although that goal has never been changed since when, its lineup was constantly expanded with new products.
Driven by a strong commitment to quality and durability, the company gained a strong reputation among riders for its durable windshields available for virtually all motorcycle models currently available on the market. Every National Cycle windshield is made from think polycarbonate of the highest quality that is dimensionally thermoformed to ensure a precise form for better airflow and protection for both the rider and passenger. All edges are routed to a clean radius and holes are drilled using state-of-the-art equipment for a perfect fit. Besides, all windshields come with quality chromed steel and stainless steel hardware for even more strength than needed. The Deflector Screen series offers windshields designed to be installed with the brand's U-Clamp Mount System and RakeAdjust hardware. The manufacturer also offers its patented QuickSet Mount System which allows for removing and installing the screen in a faster and easier way. If your riding position or height requires more coverage than the above-mentioned windshields can offer, the National Cycle Street Shield series will be your better choice. The National Cycle flyscreen is a small windshield available in a choice of black and chrome front trim plate. Some screens come with the National Cycle SwitchBlade Mounting System which allows for surprisingly quick installation and removal.
