N70-2 X Dual Sport Helmet by Nolan Helmets®. This is Nolan’s new top-of-the range road and off road crossover, the first on/off road helmet fitted with a removable protective chin guard on the market. It is characterized by an off road-inspired design, its many technical features and the ample range of colours and graphics available. Its compact size (thanks to the availability of two outer shell sizes), double P/J homologation, ultrawide visor, a particularly wide window compatible with mask use (even with the visor fitted and open), VPS sunscreen (adjustable to various positions and fitted with the automatic repositioning system), AirBooster Technology upper ventilation system, double lever Microlock2 retention system with micrometric regulation, innovative Clima Comfort inner padding (with micro-perforated fabric and adjustable neck-roll) and set up for the N-Com communication system make the N70-2 X the definitive on- off crossover for the most demanding of motorbike tourists.

Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE VALID FOR 5 (FIVE) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR 7 (SEVEN) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THE UTMOST CARE AND CAUTION ARE YOUR BEST POSSIBLE PROTECTION WHENEVER YOU RIDE A MOTORCYCLE! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL THE CLAUSES AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE. By this LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE, Nolan® and X-Lite® guarantee to the original purchaser of the helmet that the product is free from all material and manufacturing defects at the time of purchase.

COVER PROVIDED BY THE WARRANTY

This limited warranty certificate offers these warranty periods:

For defects which might arise on painting or coating of the outer shell, 2 (two) years from the date of purchase or 4 (four) years from the date of manufacture (printed on the label sewn inside the helmet), whichever comes first
For all other defects not included in item 5 (five) years from the date of purchase or 7 (seven) years from the date of manufacture (printed on the label sewn inside the helmet), whichever comes first. Nolan® and X-Lite® shall proceed, through their distribution networks and after verifying the defect, to repair or replace the defective product. Nolan® and X-Lite® shall supply all the materials and provide all the labor reasonably necessary to remedy the reported defect.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF COVER

This warranty covers only material and manufacturing defects. Nolan® and X-Lite® cannot be held liable for damages to the product which are either wholly or partially attributable to any other cause, including, but not limited to:

Damage caused by improper use, lack of due care, normal wear and tear of internal and external components
Scratches, abrasions, detaching of paint or other damage caused to the external painted parts of the helmet by accidental impacts
Scratches, abrasions, deterioration or other damage caused to the helmet visor by accidental impacts or by incorrect cleaning procedure of the visor
Damage caused by the application of stickers and/or adhesives
Any damage caused by an accident
Any modification or change made to the helmet by the user or by third parties
Damages caused by any type of painting/lacquering applied un the external shell by the user or third party
Color changes or damage caused by exposure to harmful chemical products
Color variations or damages caused by exposure to sunlight and/or heat sources
Change in the fluorescent colors used in the graphics on some models as a consequence of prolonged and direct exposure to sunlight
Use of incompatible accessories not sold by Nolan® and X-Lite

Defects covered by this warranty likewise do not include all the specific and subjective situations which may arise during dynamic use of the helmet, such as problems of comfort due to improper sizing, or wind noise while riding. Nolan® and X-Lite® cannot in any case be held liable for accidental or consequential damage (including, with no limitation whatsoever, injuries to a person or persons) resulting from the failure to comply with the obligations stipulated in this warranty regarding Nolan® and X-Lite® products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED TO MAKE POSSIBLE CLAIMS

This warranty is valid in the entire territory of the United States and Canada and is the only express warranty given by Nolan® and X-Lite® in relation to the sale of their own helmets. Any service provided under the warranty does not have the effect of extending the warranty period itself. If the helmet or any of its components are replaced, a new warranty period does not begin to run on the product or on individual components supplied by way of replacement; the date of purchase or the date of manufacture of the original helmet remains the deciding factor.

Just Look at It

Nolan Helmets® N7X5270330106 - N70-2 X X-Large Flat Black Dual Sport Helmet

Mmm, yummy-yummy, just check this black color, it's like it is so soft and you wanna touch it. Isn't it? What I really like here is how it stands out with its peak visor on the top. Looks like nothing special, but it feels different compared to a round helmet. Warranty is here, thank youuuu.

We've Got All Visors Here

Nolan Helmets® N7X5270330091 - N70-2 X Large Black Graphite Dual Sport Helmet

First things first, I must say it's not a small sum for a helmet, almost $400. But let's be clear, it is worth it. I mean the sun visor, peak visor, certification, pin-lock system which is not present in all helmets.You can add here compatibility with audio systems, protection of your chin, and ventilation system. The conclusion is simple - buy it. The question is whether it's not too much for you to pay for a helmet.

Outstanding Warranty

Nolan Helmets® N7X5270330052 - N70-2 X Medium Metallic White Dual Sport Helmet

One must be very confident in what they manufacture to give a 5-year warranty for... not even a vehicle or something serious, but for a helmet. Just a helmet. It's not made of metal. But I was impressed with it. I take my hat off.
