Product exceptions are warranted under separate warranties.
Oregon 120V Professional Series Limited Warranty
Oregon offers the original purchaser a two (2) year limited warranty for 120V Professional Series products for which they will be the end user, and a ninety (90) day limited warranty for products purchased to rent to other end users. The Oregon 120V Professional Series limited warranty covers the following products: BL120VX-NA Backpack Blower, BLH120VX-NA Handheld Blower, ST120VX-NA String Trimmer, EHT120VX-NA Hedge Trimmer, EG120VX-NA Edger, LMA120VX-NA Mower, BX975-UV Battery, BX650-UV Battery, C1600-NA Charger, CD01120VX-NA Battery-to-Tool Cable, BPBXOR01-UV Backpack, and BPBXSY01-UV Backpack. During the warranty period, Oregon will replace or, at its option, repair for the original purchaser only, free of charge, any product or part which is found upon examination by Oregon to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Oregon 40V MAX Cordless Tool System Limited Warranty
Oregon offers the original purchaser a limited warranty. All Oregon Cordless 40V MAX Tools and Chargers are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty unless used for commercial purposes. Oregon Cordless 40V MAX Battery Packs are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty unless used for commercial purposes. During the warranty period, Oregon will replace or, at its option, repair for the original purchaser only, free of charge, any product or part which is found upon examination by Oregon to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
Oregon CS1500 Chain Saw 2-Year Limited Warranty
Oregon offers the original purchaser a limited warranty. Oregon warrants all Oregon CS1500 Chain Saws for a period of two (2) years for personal use. This warranty is one (1) year for units that have been rented, or used for commercial or industrial use. During the warranty period, Oregon will replace or, at its option, repair for the original purchaser only, free of charge, any product or part which is found upon examination by Oregon to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
Oregon Log Splitter Limited Warranty
Oregon offers the original purchaser a limited warranty. Oregon warrants all Oregon branded Log Splitters in the following manner: All steel components are warranted for (3) years. Hydraulics are warranted for (1) year. Log splitter engines are warranted by the specific manufacturer as rated by the manufacturer. During the warranty period, Oregon will replace or, at its option, repair for the original purchaser only, free of charge, any product or part which is found upon examination by Oregon to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
Warranty is 2 years if product is used for commercial purposes.
