PlasmaCore™ Inconel Electrode Pulse Plugs have a patented capacitor that delivers a controlled and powerful spark during the ignition process. In contrast to conventional spark plugs that are wasting and dissipating energy, due to the latest spark plug technology development Pulstar® Spark Plugs store energy and use it in a quick and powerful pulse for spark creation. This great burst produces more than 5,000,000 watts of peak power which forms an energy-dense plasma field that sensitizes the fuel mixture to ensure instantaneous ignition. A faster burn consumes the same amount of fuel more quickly, creating efficient and consistent fuel combustion once the spark is formed to produce a better throttle response and bigger torque and horsepower. Specifically engineered electrode makes the plug life longer and provides improved fuel ignition, quicker throttle response, better torque and horsepower.
Safety Notes:
Do not remove the spark plugs from a hot aluminum cylinder head. Damage to the head will result if it is not allowed to cool before spark plug removal.
Enerpulse, the developer and producer of Pulstar® pulse plugs, has its origins in Albuquerque, NM starting soon after the 1973 oil embargo. Working with Sandia National Laboratories, focus was directed at the spark plug currently in use by the auto industry. After 15 years of extensive development and testing, Pulstar® pulse plugs contain an internal, very efficient and patented capacitor element that stores energy to discharge into the fuel mixture once the spark gap is ionized. The result is an ignition device that delivers improved mileage and power in internal combustion engines. Pulstar® pulse plugs are manufactured in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
