Universal D-Series Pro 3" 2x30W White Housing Diffused Beam LED Lights (602513) by Rigid Industries®. 1 Pair, 4-LED. White light. 9-36V. Beam distance: 45,4m. 2.14A. Raw lumens: 3168. Rigid Industries D-Series LED lights are one of the most versatile lighting products available on the market today. They produce extremely high output, while consuming very little power. With their compact size and shape, the D-Series LED lights fit almost anywhere and can be used for virtually any lighting application.
The D-Series LED lights have the Rigid Industries patented Hybrid optics system that is the most powerful and efficient LED optics system available on the market. Utilizing a combination of lens and reflector, this Hybrid optics system captures the maximum amount of light emitted from the LED and projects it exactly where you want it. The D-Series Dually's are widely used as fog lights, scene lights and marine spreader lights. The Dually's with Amber LEDs have proven that when used as fog lights they help cut through the fog, dust, dirt, or even water.
Rigid Industries D-Series Surface Mount LED Lights feature a quality construction. Rigid Industries circuitry is designed in-house to be powerful and efficient, as well as generate little heat. Rigid Industries durable aluminum housings feature custom, over-sized heat sinks which keep the temperature down and allow the LEDs to run cooler and brighter. All Rigid Industries LED lights receive a high-quality powder coat finish, a custom-molded rubber seal, and an unbreakable, scratch-resistant lens. Rigid Industries LED lights are engineered to withstand whatever you, the road, or nature can throw at them.
Designed to cover a wide area, spreader lights are used on many types of marine applications, such as sail boat masts and off shore fishing boat towers to light up the fishing area or deck. Power boats, fishing boats, and other boating platforms also use spreader lights to light up decks, underneath gunnels, and more. Similar to the power of flood lights, spreader lights give you more coverage using less power. Perfect for scene or area lighting, these lights feature the Rigid Industries diffusion lens which is specifically engineered to project light at a 60º flood pattern. Combine that with Rigid Industries patented optics and you'll have the best LED flood lights in the industry. Like Rigid Industries' standard lens, the diffusion lens is made from optically clear, unbreakable polycarbonate plastic for long-lasting performance.
These lights are given special attention due to the elements they will be exposed to in the marine environment. The aluminum housing first receives a chromate conversion coating that acts as a corrosion inhibitor against elements such as salt. Then the housing is covered with a high-quality, UV-resistant powder coat finish. Rigid Industries marine products use 316 marine-grade stainless steel hardware that receives a coating that's been tested for over 1,000 hrs of corrosion resistance. The mounting bracketry included with Rigid Industries marine products is also 316 stainless steel. These products don't include a wire harness or switch, because most installations on marine equipment are custom and require smaller holes and unique components.
