Quick-Detach Chrome Receiver Kit or Parade Flag Mount Receiver by Rivco®. The HWK015 receiver bracket kit is designed to mount to 1996-2008 Harley-Davidson FLH and FLT models allowing you to mount one of Rivco PF1000 parade flag holders or small cooler racks with a quick-detach design. (Please see part number HWK020 for 2009-newer Harley-Davidson FLH & FLT models.) The HWK015 steel brackets are chrome plated and are designed to stay mounted to your motorcycle. Installation is easy using the provided hardware and supplied installation instructions. Once installed simply slide the parade flag holder or rack in and secure with the provided safety pins.

Will not fit Road King models with Harley-Davidson accessory saddlebag guardrails installed.
