Schumacher® - Pro Series™ Battery Jump Starter

It was a gift. My boyfriend loved it.

I have tried the Mickey Mouse jump starters & never realized how much they were Mickey Mouse until I watched this DSR-115 in action. I currently own a Ford F250 with a 7point3 Turbo IDI.7.3 TRANSLATES INTO 445 Cubic inches and in Boston, say, ohhhh, Mid-February, at 15 below 0, that diesel motor oil, sitting overnight is like molasses. Most of the jump starters that I have tried become more of a problem....Well, a friend lent me his DSR. SO, In February, I hooked this puppy up to my OBS truck and when I turned the key, I thought the starter was gonna jump right out of the truck. It happens every time. This worked so well that I bought 2. The beauty is, after I use it, the plug supplied, plugs right into my lighter port and after about 10 or so, minutes- it reads 100% ready.. BE ADVISED: IT IS A LITTLE HEAVY-45Lbs., so the 2nd one I bought, sits charging in my garage, bungy corded, on a dolly. So when I'm not home, my daughter can roll it over to her car, hook up the clamps and forget about it, none of this waiting for AAA .for 2 hours on a cold day. As far as I can see, nothing compares to this as far as power and I could jump my truck about 7 or 8 times and still have enough power to charge handheld gadgets like phones, laptops, and I-pads, no problem.

I bought this unit about 3 months ago and it is working ok.

I have not had to use it yet, but it is much better quality than my old jumper. I like the battery/ alternator test feature.

I had the old one, bought this one and it has not let me down, love it.
