A NEW OVAL FIT FOR RIDING IN STYLE AND COMFORT The Momentum EVO was constructed with an oval-shaped fiberglass shell for improved comfort, diminished wind noise, and better positioning of the speakers. The oval shape makes it easier to put on the helmet, sitting comfortably on your head. The redesigned liner and pads are softer than earlier models and are easier to remove. A highly effective ventilation system keeps you cool on your rides and the visor is scratch and UV resistant. For added versatility, the Momentum EVO comes Pinlock®-ready and includes a Pinlock anti-fog insert lens, reducing fog build-up. An optional smoke shield is also available.

THE BENEFITS OF MESH, PACKED INTO A SLEEK HELMET The Momentum EVO is fully integrated with both BLUETOOTH® and Mesh Intercom™ technology. The sleek helmet comes with built-in speakers, a built-in microphone and powerful Bluetooth connectivity so that you can safely make phone calls, listen to your favorite music, and easily hear turn-by-turn GPS directions. With Mesh Intercom™, connect effortlessly to Open Mesh with just one simple click, allowing you to communicate with a virtually limitless number of riders up to a mile away. Or, create a Closed Mesh with as many as 16 riders with a possible range of up to 5 miles.

ULTIMATE SAFETY AND FULL-FACE PROTECTION A full-face helmet provides the highest level of safety for your motorcycle ride, and the Momentum EVO is no exception. The helmet is DOT and ECE certified, aerodynamically designed with a composite fiberglass shell and multi-density EPS foam to create the perfect fit. The neck roll is built with reflective material and piping to provide maximum visibility, and the reliable D-ring strap keeps your helmet secure during your most extreme rides.

A WIFI INTELLIGENT CABLE THAT KEEPS YOUR HELMET FULLY CHARGED AND UPDATED

Limited Warranty

Sena Technologies, Inc. (“Sena”) guarantees the product quality based on the technical specification stated in the product manual, and data regarding product warranty. Here, product warranty extends to the product only.

Warranty Period

Sena warrants that this product shall conform to and perform in accordance with published technical specifications and the accompanying written materials, and shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of five (5) years for the helmet and two (2) years for the electronic parts from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of the product except for the PowerPro Mount or Powerbank. The devices have a warranty period of only one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of this product.

Termination

Quality warranty of the product becomes effective on the date of initial purchase. In addition, the quality warranty of the product expires when the warranty period expires. However, in the following cases, the warranty will be terminated prematurely:

In the event the product has been sold or transferred to a third party
In the event the manufacturer's name, serial number, product label, or other markings have been modified or removed
In the event any unauthorized person has tried to disassemble, repair, or modify the product

When you use the product while you operating any vehicle or equipment such as motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, ATVs, or quad-bikes (hereinafter called “transportation means”), you need to follow the safety precautions provided by the manufacturer of the vehicle
When you use the product, use good judgment; never use it under the influence of alcohol
You must read and completely understand all terms and conditions of legal rights and warnings that are involved in using the product. In addition, usage of the product constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions regarding waiver of rights

Reasons for Limited Liabilities

Sena will not be liable for physical injury, death, or any loss or damage of transportation means, possessions, or assets which belong to you or third parties that may have occurred while you use the product. Further, Sena will not be liable for any substantial damage not related to the condition, environment, or malfunction of the product. All risks related with the operation of the product depend entirely on the user regardless of its use by the initial purchaser of a third party. Use of this product may violate local or national laws. In addition, be aware once again that correct and safe use of the product is entirely your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SENA EXCLUDES FOR ITSELF AND ITS SUPPLIERS ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, USE, PERFORMANCE, FAILURE, OR INTERRUPTION OF ITS PRODUCTS, EVEN IF SENA OR ITS AUTHORIZED RESELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND LIMITS ITS LIABILITY TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID, AT SENA’S OPTION. THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES WILL NOT BE AFFECTED IF ANY REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL FAIL OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IN ANY CASE, THE TOTAL COMPENSATION LIABILITIES OF SENA OR ITS SALES AGENTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT BY THE PURCHASER.
