124" Hot Set Up Kit® With S&S Cylinder Heads (900-0565) by S&S Cycle®. This 124" big bore/stroker Hot Set Up Kit® transforms a stock 88" engine into a 124" monster. This kit includes S&S 4-1/8" bore pistons, big bore cylinders finished in wrinkle black powder coat, a dynamically balanced 4-5/8" stroke three piece flywheel assembly complete with S&S heavy duty connecting rods and intergal mainshafts, S&S 640 gear drive Easy Start camshafts, S&S chromoly steel adjustable pushrods, S&S premium tappets,S&S Super Stock 91cc cylinder heads. When installed the kit yeilds a 124" engine with a compression ratio of 11:1. Although the engine is .960" taller than stock, there are no frame clearance problems, and a stock EFI Throttle body will fit because the manifold mounting surfaces of the heads have been specially machined to fit a stock length manifold. No fuel or ignition system is included. However, for the best results, a larger carburetor or EFI throttle body, performance intake and performance exhaust are recommended. The EFI system must be recalibrated. Although not mandatory, we recommend adding an oil cooler to bikes ridden in warmer climates..

Limited Warranty for EXHAUST SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year, subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or date of installation, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty for COMPLETE FACTORY-ASSEMBLED ENGINES

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years (KN and T143 Engines one (1) year limited warranty), subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or one year from date of manufacture, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty for STANDARD PARTS

S&S® Cycle, Incorporated (the “Company”) warrants these parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the parts become defective during the warranty coverage period, the Company will, at its option, repair or replace any, or all, defective parts. Repair or replacement of defective parts is the sole and exclusive remedy. The warranty coverage remains in force for a period of twelve (12) months from the date that the original Consumer Purchaser buys the parts.

Electrical and electronic components are covered by a warranty duration of six (6) months. However, warranty coverage will automatically terminate if the original Purchaser sells or otherwise transfers all or any portion of the purchased parts.
