Bolt-In Big Bore Kit (910-0500) by S&S Cycle®. This bolt-in big bore kit is easy to install, and requires no machining or rebalancing. This is the largest bore (3.937") that can be fit in a stock engine case. Stock engine height is maintained so there are no manifold or frame fitment issues. The S&S 11 fin cylinder design closely resembles OEM shape and come prefinished – ready to install. Cylinders feature increased fin area for better heat dissipation, and the centrifugal cast, gray iron liner features 40,000 psi tensile strength for superior wear and performance. The pistons in this kit have a 3cc pop-up dome for slightly higher compression rato. This is one reason to choose and S&S 107" kit over the S&S 106" kit which has slightly less compression.. This top-grade product is expertly made in compliance with stringent industry standards to offer a fusion of a well-balanced design and high level of craftsmanship. Limited Warranty for EXHAUST SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year, subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or date of installation, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty for COMPLETE FACTORY-ASSEMBLED ENGINES

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years (KN and T143 Engines one (1) year limited warranty), subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or one year from date of manufacture, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty for STANDARD PARTS

S&S® Cycle, Incorporated (the “Company”) warrants these parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the parts become defective during the warranty coverage period, the Company will, at its option, repair or replace any, or all, defective parts. Repair or replacement of defective parts is the sole and exclusive remedy. The warranty coverage remains in force for a period of twelve (12) months from the date that the original Consumer Purchaser buys the parts.

Electrical and electronic components are covered by a warranty duration of six (6) months. However, warranty coverage will automatically terminate if the original Purchaser sells or otherwise transfers all or any portion of the purchased parts.
