Single Bore EFI Throttle Bodies (17-5067) by S&S Cycle®. S&S® 52mm bore throttle body flows more than enough air for all but the most demanding street engines. 52mm throttle body is essentially the same size as S&S® Super G carburetor. When compared to stock throttle bodies, the 52mm single bore offers 33% more cross-sectional area than 45mm throttle bodies of 95-05 Big Twin and 28% more area than the throttle bodies in 06-07 models which had 46mm bores. Both throttle bodies use the same manifolds but require different air cleaners. Select the correct S&S® single bore throttle body kit based on your existing stock fuel injection system or the system you plan to use in a custom application. Fuel injectors have an output of 5.12 grams/sec at 58 psi.

Notes

If you plan to use another programmable fuel injection module, it is best to consult the manufacturer to be certain that it is compatible with the S&S single bore system and has enough tuning capability for your engine configuration. Installation of S&S throttle body on 1995-'01 bikes requires S&S ECU. Single bore throttle bodies are not compatible with stock Magneti Marelli® ECU

Limited Warranty for EXHAUST SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year, subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or date of installation, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty for COMPLETE FACTORY-ASSEMBLED ENGINES

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years (KN and T143 Engines one (1) year limited warranty), subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or one year from date of manufacture, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty for STANDARD PARTS

S&S® Cycle, Incorporated (the “Company”) warrants these parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the parts become defective during the warranty coverage period, the Company will, at its option, repair or replace any, or all, defective parts. Repair or replacement of defective parts is the sole and exclusive remedy. The warranty coverage remains in force for a period of twelve (12) months from the date that the original Consumer Purchaser buys the parts.

Electrical and electronic components are covered by a warranty duration of six (6) months. However, warranty coverage will automatically terminate if the original Purchaser sells or otherwise transfers all or any portion of the purchased parts.
