Innovation is not an empty word when it comes to TM Designworks products. The company develops its own technologies and some of its parts are patented industry firsts. The TM Designworks chain guide system with a solid plastic body is one of its novel designs. Three different Factory Edition Series of these guides are on offer, built for different applications, including SX & MX riding, light off-roading, with the thickest and beefiest constructions reserved for the harshest conditions. Named "The Superman of all chain guides" for its strength and durability by Dirt Bike Magazine, it is the product that can really hold up to the abuse of off-roading.
The plastic that TMD chain guides are constructed from is enriched with oil additive to minimize friction. These are also the only guides on the market with UV resistance, so the color will not fade. The material features a unique RMS (Return Memory System) formula that makes the guide stand up to all rigors and return back to its original form under impact. The front chain sliders and rear chain guides can be purchased individually or in the brand's signature Slide-N-Guide kits, which are the preferred choice of professional off-road race teams. TM Designworks skid plates are made from impact absorbing plastic enriched with silicone to lower friction grab. While being lighter than aluminum, this material ensures reliable protection to the underside and allows the frame to flex. TM Designworks prides itself on offering products that are manufactured in the U.S.A.
