FP3 Fuelpak (66005A) by Vance & Hines®. Exempt for use on 2012-2015 Dyna, 2011-2015 Softail, 2014-2015 Sportster, 2015 Street, 2014-2015 Touring. Regulatory: Carb Emissions. Fuelpak FP3 California connects wirelessly by Bluetooth to iPhone and Android smartphones and recalibrates engine parameters without increasing vehicle emissions. Maps are available for exhaust and intake upgrades that either qualify as CARB replacement parts or have been issued a CARB EO, and certain tuning parameters are restricted to ensure compliance with California emissions standards. Fuelpak FP3 California is an ECM flash tuner that has been listed by the California Air Resources Board as an exempt aftermarket part. Is permitted for sale and use on 2015 and earlier HDLAN (CAN bus) Harley-Davidson models 2015 and earler, including Touring, Softail, Dyna, Sportster and Street models in the state of California.
