STANDARD WARRANTY

1-Year Limited

• The proof of purchase is required to validate warranty and is valid from the original date of purchase.

• Improper installation, accident, abuse, neglect, and normal wear are not covered under the warranty.

• Lights operated in environments over 120 °Fahrenheit are not covered under warranty.

• Warrantied products will be repaired to working condition and returned without cosmetic alterations.

• Warranties should be handled through the dealer/reseller the product was purchased from.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty for Consumer Markets; 3-Year for Commercial Markets

• The proof of purchase is required to validate warranty and is valid from the original date of purchase.

• Improper installation, accident, abuse, neglect, and normal wear are not covered under the warranty.

• Lights operated in environments over 150 °Fahrenheit are not covered under warranty.

• Warrantied products will be repaired to working condition and returned without cosmetic alterations.

• Warranties should be handled through the dealer/reseller the product was purchased from.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Warranty items will be replaced or repaired to working condition and returned without cosmetic alterations.

• A proof of purchase is required to validate all warranty claims. The warranty period is valid starting from the original date of purchase.

• All products must have been purchased through a Vision X Authorized Dealer/Reseller to be eligible for warranty.

• Damage resulting from any improper installation, accident, abuse, neglect or normal wear are not covered under warranty.

• All customer warranties should be handled through the Dealer/Reseller the product was originally purchased from.

• Actions which void the warranty include:

1. Opening of the lighting fixture

2. Cutting any connectors or cords

3. Broken Glass

4. Damage caused by physical abuse

5. Lights operated in environments outside their stated specifications*
