The braking system of your 3-wheeler has quite a tough job to do, as it has to stop the motorcycle effectively no matter how fast it is going. There are numerous components involved in the process of braking such as the master cylinder, calipers, etc., but there will be little use of all these parts if brake fluid is not transferred appropriately. Brake fluid transmits the force from the brake pedal or lever to the pads or shoes, but that’s hardly possible if brake hoses are not capable of keeping pressure.

Most typically, brake lines and hoses are made from rubber and nylon which wear out over time and lose the properties necessary for proper operation. It is very important to keep an eye on the lines not to miss the moment when they start developing some cracks and leaks, as it can lead to far more serious problems. When the time for replacement comes, take a look at our collection of 3 wheel bike brake lines. We offer OEM-like products alongside their steel braided counterparts whose service life is considerably longer while the feel they give is more consistent.
