Product Details

Mini PowerCore 4™ Spark Arrested Slip-On Muffler by FMF Racing®. The Mini Powercore 4 is the best bang for your buck performance bolt on for your mini. Offered as a standard Mini Powercore 4, Closed Course Big Bore System or as a Spark Arrestor Version, the Mini Powercore 4 features a Hi-Flo stainless steel core and formed end caps, an aircraft grade aluminum canister and a durable stainless steel header. Its pounds lighter than stock and you will swear the motor has been bored and stroked with the first twist of the throttle. Hi-Flo Core and End Cap. Pounds lighter than stock. Race-inspired, price-point muffler made for maximum power output. Aircraft-quality extruded aluminum canister with stainless steel components. Spark arrestor included on S/A models, see footnotes.

Warranty

All merchandise manufactured by FMF Racing has a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. There is no warranty for normal wear and tear, any type of crash damage or for product failure due to improper muffler or packing maintenance.

FMF Racing reserves the right to repair, replace or issue an FMF credit for defective product at its discretion. Credits are valid for a period of one (1) year from issuance. No credit will be issued for labor or other costs incurred beyond the value of the original product. Product returned as a warranty after having been used, if found to be defective, is not valued at the full purchase price. A depreciated value will be estimated for used product.

Warranty excludes product that has been modified or where the product was improperly installed, abnormally used or misused. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other guarantees or warranties implied or expressed. This includes, without limitation, any warranties or merchantability and fitment for a particular purpose.

Sounds Perfect! Five Stars

I’m very pleased with the results. Installed this muffler without any problems. It fits exactly as described and provides a slight increase in top-end speed. And yes, it sounds really nice. Loud but not annoying. Just what I wanted!

Nice Product, Works As Described

What a nice exhaust! Very easy to install. Everybody can do it in less than 15 minutes. Looks stunning and gives a slight increase in performance. The sound is miraculous. It makes heads turn when I pass by.

High-Performance Exhaust

This exhaust is shorter and lighter than my original muffler, and sits closer to the engine. My YFZ450R breathes easier with this exhaust, resulting in a significant power boost, especially at higher RPMs. And yeah, the carbon-fiber exhaust cap looks really cool.

Moderate Sound and Performance

Easy-to-install product with a bit more powerful sound at low RPMs. Expected it to sound more aggressive at higher RPMs. Pleased with its finish and look.
