    7" Round Chrome Crystal Headlight by KC HiLiTES®. 1 Piece. Chrome housing, clear lens. These headlights are a great improvement over the old style glass sealed beams that were original equipment. Advanced, computer designed Multi-Surface Reflector Optics are used to create superior, high performance optics that allow you to see much better while driving at night.

    The industry standard in high-efficiency lighting is quartz-halogen bulbs. These high-tech bulbs use a combination of pressurized gases inside the bulb to scavenge evaporated tungsten from the inside of the glass envelope, allowing the filament to be operated at much higher, more efficient temperature, providing a brighter, whiter light. This in turn requires a higher-temperature rated quartz glass. These bulbs provide a much more consistent output over their lifespan than conventional tungsten bulbs, which grow progressively dimmer as they age. They also provide more lumens per watt, an issue when you're running a lot of lights at the same time to prevent overloading the alternator and battery.

    We always recommend adding a relay to provide full battery voltage to any add-on lights, or the lights may not provide full illumination because of the voltage drop from marginal factory wiring. Not to mention the possibility of burning out the factory harness. Installing this relay and harness is simple and only takes a few minutes.

    Best Lights on the Market!
    I have tried a few different kinds of headlights for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport, and these are leaps and bounds the best out there. The first experiment was with HID headlights, which were bright, but the beam wasn’t focused at all and I lost a lot of the brightness to areas that I wasn’t so worried about. Second, I tried some LED projector headlights with halo ring (going for more fashion over function) and was truly disappointed. The beam was not focused, they constantly flickered, and the high beams on both side burnt out within a year (yes, I got warranty on them). With these lights, I am truly blown away. Not only do they look fantastic, but they are also very well built. The aluminum housing (with KC logo etched into it) feels very strong and looks great. The hard crystal clear covering also looks and has performed great so far. The lighting itself is also fantastic. The DRLs are a lesser intensity of the high beams and look good. The projector in the middle only comes on for low beam lighting but the beam is perfectly focused and it extends wide enough to see things on the side of the road. The high beams are incredible bright, almost looks like day time when you’re driving with them on. Top it all off, they were truly plug and play (no extra connections).
