The Puig R-Racer windscreen range is the result of the brand’s extensive experience in racing and its work alongside leading MotoGP and WorldSBK teams, such as Repsol Honda Team and Kawasaki Racing Team, applied to the development of high-performance windscreens for sports motorcycles.

R-Racer windscreens are designed to provide excellent visibility through the screen and greater aerodynamic efficiency compared with each motorcycle’s original windscreen. Their design is analyzed using a virtual wind tunnel to optimize the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and, thanks to their increased height, deflect the airflow that would otherwise directly hit the rider’s helmet and shoulders.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona using advanced technologies, they are made from 3 mm thick high-impact acrylic, resulting in a strong, lightweight and durable product. Their rounded edge of more than 2 mm meets the safety requirements established by the German TÜV.

During the manufacturing process, Puig uses a machine vision system for quality control to ensure that every windscreen reaches the customer in perfect condition.

Installation is simple and does not require additional elements such as edging. In addition, each windscreen comes with a detailed aerodynamic study showing the improvements achieved in performance and rider protection compared with the original configuration.
