The Z-Racing range has been developed to offer greater aerodynamic efficiency than the original screen of each motorcycle. Its design is analysed using a virtual wind tunnel with the aim of optimising the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and reducing air pressure on the rider.

Thanks to its double-height design, the screen deflects the airflow that would otherwise hit the helmet and upper torso directly. In addition, its two side channels collect and direct the air outwards, helping to reduce pressure on the rider’s shoulders.

In terms of aerodynamic protection, Z-Racing screens offer an average improvement of 12.7% in the upright position compared with the original screen and up to 61% in the racing riding position.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona using advanced technologies, they are made from 3 mm high-impact acrylic, resulting in a strong, lightweight and durable component. Their rounded edge of more than 2 mm complies with the safety requirements established by the German TÜV.

During the manufacturing process, Puig uses a machine vision system for quality control, designed to verify that each screen reaches the customer in perfect condition.

Z-Racing screens are available in a wide variety of colours, allowing the aesthetics of the motorcycle to be customised according to each user’s preferences.

Installation is simple and does not require additional elements such as edging. In addition, each screen comes with a detailed aerodynamic study showing the improvements achieved in performance and rider protection.
