OF20 Open Face Helmet

Description

The RaceQuip OF20 is a Snell SA2020 rated open face auto racing helmet that incorporates classic styling with hand crafted production techniques. The FRP composite shell is hand laid to achieve a balance between light weight and strength. Reinforced M6 threaded HANS/HNR inserts are mated to the shell along with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner. HANS or other Head and Neck Restraint device anchor posts (not included) can be easily attached to the outside of the helmet using the installed M6 threaded inserts. A wide eye port provides good peripheral vision and allows the use of personal eyewear or goggles. The SA rating means that the Nomex interior and paint are fire retardant as well as the Kevlar chin strap, so the RaceQuip OF20 Helmet is suitable for use in all forms of motorsports. The comfort fit blended Nomex interior along with exhaust vents on the top of the shell help keep your scalp cool. All these features are wrapped in a hand laid FRP composite shell and the result is the outstanding value delivered by the RaceQuip OF20 Open Face helmet. If you drive a closed cockpit racecar and like the feel of an open face helmet, this is the model for you. Available in Gloss White or Gloss Black in sizes Small - 2XL. NOTE: This helmet is Snell SA2020-certified and is broadly accepted by race organizing bodies and tracks through 2030. Always verify safety rules with your sanctioning body.
