Universal Black License Plate Mounting Hardware (04003) by Signal Dynamics®. This hardware kit is used to fasten Signal Dynamics license plate frames to your motorcycle license plate bracket. Select from a 2 finishes that will compliment and enhance the appearance of your frame. Kit contains (4) screws, washers, and nuts for license plate frame installation.

Installation
Use to fasten your license plate frame to existing motorcycle plate bracket. First nest your license plate into your Signal Dynamics frame. Next, place (1) each mounting screw through the holes, followed by a washer and nut on the opposite side.
