Product Details

3-Piece Flywheel Assembly (320-0351) by S&S Cycle®. Vast improvement over stock flywheels, which shift out of true under heavy loads. Heat-treated 4140 material is 114% stronger than stock, eliminates thrust washer. Larger 1.671" crankpin, increased cross-sectional area for increased crank-pin clamping force. No welding required. Integral mainshafts, truer flywheels and less vibration. This 4-3/8" stroke 8-1/2" diameter flywheel assembly replaces the original flywheels 2007-'16 HD® big twin engines, when using high performance pistons that allow the use of connecting rods with full width wristpin ends. Sprocket shaft does not have the stock style bearing race pressed on. This flywheel assembly is for crankcases with a Timken® sprocket shaft bearing. Flywheel assembly is three piece design. Pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the flywheel. Installation

S&S Cycle® - 3-Piece Flywheel Assembly Installation Instruction

The only joints in the assembly are where the 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels. Flywheels are CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die, steel forgings, which are 114% stronger than late style stock steel flywheels. Fully assembled with premium quaility S&S® heavy duty 7.667" connecting rods, with full width wrist pin ends, and dynamically balanced. Assembly is trued to less than 0.0005" runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, making them capable of higher rpm and fully compatible with gear drive cams.

Limited Warranty for EXHAUST SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year, subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or date of installation, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty for COMPLETE FACTORY-ASSEMBLED ENGINES

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years (KN and T143 Engines one (1) year limited warranty), subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or one year from date of manufacture, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty for STANDARD PARTS

S&S® Cycle, Incorporated (the “Company”) warrants these parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the parts become defective during the warranty coverage period, the Company will, at its option, repair or replace any, or all, defective parts. Repair or replacement of defective parts is the sole and exclusive remedy. The warranty coverage remains in force for a period of twelve (12) months from the date that the original Consumer Purchaser buys the parts.

Electrical and electronic components are covered by a warranty duration of six (6) months. However, warranty coverage will automatically terminate if the original Purchaser sells or otherwise transfers all or any portion of the purchased parts.
