Carburetor Needle and Seat

Description

Walker Products Carburetor Needle and Seats are OE Replacement components designed to restore proper fuel flow regulation inside the float bowl of carbureted engines. These assemblies are responsible for allowing and halting fuel entry based on float position, maintaining consistent fuel level for optimal metering and combustion. A worn or leaking needle and seat can cause flooding, hard starting, or inconsistent idle due to incorrect fuel height. Walker needle and seat assemblies are engineered to match original equipment specifications for needle profile, seat bore, and sealing characteristics. Each unit is constructed using ethanol-resistant materials to ensure compatibility with today’s blended fuels and to withstand long-term exposure to fuel system contaminants. Designed for an exact OE fit, they install easily without modification and restore factory-level carburetor performance. Whether performing a rebuild, repair, or restoration, Walker Carburetor Needle and Seats help prevent leaks, maintain fuel economy, and ensure stable engine operation in classic or performance applications.
