Description

Walker Products Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valves are OE Replacement components engineered to restore factory emissions performance and drivability by accurately controlling the flow of exhaust gases into the intake manifold. By reintroducing a portion of exhaust gas into the combustion chamber, EGR valves reduce peak combustion temperatures—significantly lowering nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions and improving engine efficiency. Walker EGR valves are manufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications for flow rate, actuation timing, electrical connectivity, and valve position control. Available in both vacuum-operated and electronically controlled formats, each valve is designed for an exact OE fit with original mounting locations and connector types. Built from heat- and corrosion-resistant materials, these valves are designed to withstand extreme under-hood conditions and continuous exhaust gas exposure. Whether addressing emissions-related fault codes, resolving rough idle, or performing routine service, Walker EGR Valves help restore proper engine function, reduce emissions, and support long-term compliance with federal and state regulations.
