Description

Walker Products Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensors are OE Replacement components designed to measure the pressure within the intake manifold and communicate that data to the engine control module (ECM). This allows the ECM to calculate engine load and adjust fuel injection and ignition timing for optimal power output, fuel efficiency, and emissions performance. MAP sensors play a critical role in modern engine management systems and are used across gasoline and diesel platforms. Each Walker MAP Sensor is engineered to meet OE specifications for electrical output, pressure range, and connector fit, ensuring seamless integration with the vehicle’s existing system. Built to withstand high engine bay temperatures, vibration, and potential intake air contaminants, these sensors are tested for accuracy, responsiveness, and long-term reliability. Whether addressing drivability issues, check engine codes, or restoring performance, Walker Products delivers OE-level quality in every MAP Sensor replacement.
