3 Wheel Bike Exhaust Gaskets
Browse by Vehicle
All too often, it is a small and seemingly unimportant component that may start causing big problems. Case in point, when exhaust gaskets go bad, they are very likely to lead to leaks and further troubles. When the leak is serious, it can cause a costly engine damage. Never re-use old gaskets when you re-assemble the system and make sure to remove all of the old gasketing residue. By design, exhaust port gaskets "crush" upon tightening. You can only ensure the seal is good if you use brand-new components. The old ones are more than likely to leak, and when they do, you can end up with a backfire. Make sure the new seals don’t bunch up upon installation as this will restrict the flow of gases.
For quality replacements, check out our collection where we carry a variety of 3 wheel bike exhaust gaskets. We offer them in kits that directly replace the original parts. Their material construction varies by application. You can’t go wrong if you choose the original style and material, but you can also upgrade to a heavier-duty material and easier to install type. While replacing the gaskets, it’s a good rule of thumb to check exhaust system mounts for rust and physical damage.
