3 Wheel Bike Oil Lines

Although hoses and pipes can be found in any vehicle and, in general, are considered reliable, any of them can leak. And a leak is what kills the motor, literally, if it happens to the system ensuring the lubrication of inner metal surfaces encountering severe friction. That’s why the vast majority of car engines and most motors propelling 2-, 3-, or 4-wheeled bikes have the oil system completely integrated into the engine block and heads. Exceptions most commonly include the powerplants that benefit from oil cooling.

If your motorcycle is air-cooled but there is still a small thing looking suspiciously similar to a small radiator, then yes, you have the oil cooling system. And guess what: since it wouldn’t make much sense to build the cooler directly into the cylinder head, you have the line for circulating the lubricant and connecting the motor with that small radiator. And this line, consisting of a few hoses and adapters, can potentially let the vital fluid out of the engine. If that’s the case, use the high-quality replacements from our 3-wheel bike oil lines collection.
