Performance issues may occur for various reasons, and sport bikes trying to win milliseconds on the track are just some of those motorcycles which may need an aftermarket fuel controller. For instance, you may want to boost the power of your ADV or touring bike and install new equipment. It can be an upgraded exhaust system, improved air intake, or modified engine parts; in any case, it's recommended to revise and, if needed, tune the fuel system. The stock fuel controllers are not meant for being adjusted by motorcycle enthusiasts. In the meantime, aftermarket motorcycle fuel management systems offered in our online store open lots of new possibilities for that.
Some of these systems require minimum knowledge – you don't need to deal with fuel maps, air-to-fuel ratios, etc. Just install them correctly, and they will adjust everything automatically maximizing performance in real time based on the data sent by throttle position and crankshaft sensors. Other controllers are somewhat more flexible and allow you to get better fuel economy and sufficient power in every working mode. Their action is based on a wideband oxygen sensor giving the most accurate information about the current fuel mixture.
