Dainese is a world-renowned riding gear manufacturer founded in 1972 by Lino Dainese, a young motorcycle enthusiast, who was passionate about enhancing ergonomics and making dynamic sports safer. The company has always been dedicated to innovation and never let convention limit their curiosity and creativity. These were Dainese scientists and engineers who added a dazzling touch of color to predominantly black riding gear available on the market at that time, thus improving rider visibility and at the same time increasing the scope for sponsorship. Since its inception, Dainese has pioneered a lot of innovative clothing that not only kept riders more visible and protected on the road but also helped increase their performance.

Back in 1975, Lino Dainese designed the very first technical motorcycle racing suit for Giacomo Agostini, a 15-time world champion. With exceptional ergonomics and eye-catching graphics, the suit represented Dainese’s revolution. The racing suit was followed by knee sliders, gloves reinforced with rigid carbon, boots with carbon, and many other life-saving and horizon-expanding products designed specifically for motorcycle racing and road use. But Dainese was not going to rest on its laurels and soon revolutionized the world of off-road racing with new protective solutions designed for African Rallies. One of these solutions was the body armor made using a hot injection process that set new standards of safety and comfort.

Inspired by humans, the company has never stopped developing products that help them perform at their peak while offering unrivaled protection in case of a crash. The company’s most famous innovation is, of course, the D-Air motorcycle airbag system that appeared in 2000. This is the first airbag system that doesn’t require mounting sensors on a vehicle. Another great invention is the world’s first performance suit for competitive sailing that incorporates both flotation protection and advanced communication features. Leading where other follow – it’s all about Dainese. The company’s experts do their best to create clothing which others consider impossible. And Dainese’s latest innovation, a gravity load simulation suit for the International Space Station, proves this fact. All innovative riding gear offered by Dainese has been developed working closely with the world’s most famous champions to ensure it meets the needs and ambitions of avid racers. Dainese riding gear inspires customers to surpass their previous achievements, so now it’s your turn to leave the competition in the dust.
