How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Verify Warranty Coverage

Check the warranty period for your part. This information is listed on the product page under "Warranty" section. Please ensure your item is still within the warranty period before submitting a claim. All warranty terms, coverage, and timeframes are set directly by the product manufacturer.

2. Submit Your Claim

Provide a clear and detailed description of the issue, along with photos or a short video showing the defect or flaw. This documentation is required to validate the claim with the manufacturer.

3. Claim Review & Return Instructions

Once your claim is received, we will review the submitted evidence and forward it to the manufacturer for approval. Within 3-5 business days, you will receive manufacturer-specific return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

4. Inspection & Resolution

Once the defective item is received by the manufacturer, they will inspect it. This review process may take up to 5 business days. Once the inspection is complete and the claim is approved, we'll proceed with your replacement or refund.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and sometimes you may need a warranty replacement faster. In such cases, we may offer you the option to place a new order with us immediately, with payment required upfront. Once the defective item is returned and confirmed eligible, we will issue a refund for the original order.

If you'd like to take advantage of this faster replacement option, please contact us first to confirm that your item qualifies. This helps ensure your new order is processed correctly as a warranty replacement, and that your refund will be issued once the defective item is returned.

Please note: If you place a new order on our website without prior confirmation that it qualifies as a warranty replacement, it will not be processed under the warranty policy. In this case, the new order will count as your replacement, and a refund for the original defective item may not be issued, as it depends on the manufacturer's warranty terms.
